Product Description
Our flanges include whole flange, lap joint flange.We can order various specifications and materials flanges,elbows ,reducer and tees.
Frp flange and frp pipe fitting is manufactured by the hand lay-up, contact molding and spray-up process. In hand lay-up and contact molding processes veil and alternate layers of mat and woven roving saturated with resin are applied on the mold. In spray-up process continuous strand roving is fed through a chopper gun, combined with catalyzed resin, and sprayed onto the mould surface.

Flange is the fitting that make the pipe and pipe and valve connect with each other,connect to the pipe end.On the flange,there have holes,use bolts to make the two flanges fasten.Sealing teh flange use gasket.
We provide 45 degree and 90 degree frp elbow,and include all size.
Our pipe fittings include 45 degree elbow, 90 degree elbow, tee, cross, flange, Y-type pipe, adapter pipe, and so on. Some pipe fittings could be processed live, such as elbow, triplet, cross, and so on, in order to easy implementation.Any requirements,feel free to contact with us!
Flange, hub, and neck thicknesses meet or exceed ASME Sec. X, ASME RTP-1, ASTM D3299, and PS 15-69.
2 Pressure Rating
Flanges are stocked in 50psi, 100psi, and 150psi. All bolt holes and bolt circles are per ANSI B16.5 150 lb. drilling.
